Your agency website Statement of Work includes 5 hours a month of support.

Requests for enhancements may be submitted through your sites Site Administration page. This can be accessed by placing /Pages/SiteAdministration.aspx after your site url.

For example: https://webmasters.wi.gov/Pages/SiteAdministration.aspx

Click on the blue button at the top of the page to open the dialog box.

Include as many details as possible about your request and submit to NIC Wisconsin. Make sure you include contact information so that we can confirm your request and follow up with any questions as necessary.

For Navigation Updates, please attach an update site map. If you need a template, you can download and fill in this one: NavigationLevelsMappingTool_Template.xlsx.
For Permissions Updates, please attach an updated permissions lists with any changes highlighted. If you need a template, you can download this one: PermissionsList_SharePoint.xlsx
